A doula is a calm, watchful, loving presence that protects the harmony of birth. I am trained to provide physical, emotional, and informational support. I will be your advocate to ensure an empowering experience for you.

I believe all births are sacred and I treat each individual according to their wishes and needs. Having me in your back pocket during pregnancy and present at your birth will give you confidence. I will use my voice, my knowledge, and my skills to make sure your experience is uninterrupted.

Together, we will craft your personalized birth plan and coping strategies. Every birth experience is unique and deeply personal. We will create a birth plan that reflects your preferences, values, and desires, while also equipping you with a toolkit of coping methods to navigate the beautiful journey of childbirth.

Prenatal yoga practice is offered and or birth preparation meetings are conducted with Kate to ensure you are physically and mentally prepared for child birth. You can practice as little or as much yoga as you want, this is YOUR journey!

I understand that the day of birth is a profound and transformative experience for both mothers and families. My mission is to stand by your side, providing unwavering support, guidance, and advocacy as you embark on this incredible journey.

Once you are settled back home, I will ensure you have resources for postpartum and check in on your physical and mental well-being. I will offer you reliable and personalized care because that’s what you deserve!
